* Let Susan know if your chartered organization Pack, Troop or Crew are not listed in the map.
* If you need to change your selected area.
* This is a great opportunity for your Webelos 2's den to work with your troop on an outdoor outing.

Akela Leaders Banquet Sign-Up Sheet

Akela 2011 District Banquet
WHEN: Thursday, January 27th 6:30pm
WHERE: Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church
4145 Johnson Street, High Point, NC
Cost: $12 per person (cash, credit card, or check made out to ONSC)
Sign up deadline: January 20th
*You must sign up and pay in full by January 20th if you plan to attend. Once payment is received you’ll be given a ticket to the event which must be turned in at the door for entry.
Sign up at the scout office Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
You must list each person’s full name who is attending and submit this form with payment in order to receive tickets:
